February 14, Zhytomyr hosted a seminar "Organization of work of the United territorial communities" for secretaries of village, settlement, city councils OTG with the Director of the Zhytomyr Regional center for development of local government Vasily Nevmerzhytskiy. "The goal of our seminar is to gain knowledge that will be used directly in your work. Subsequently will be carried out and training for preparation of strategies, projects, grant applications," said Vasyl nevmerzhytskiy. Among all the questions the participants of the seminar got acquainted with the organization of the work of the GSS. Participants also learn more about the legal maintenance of activity of Board and Executive bodies: normative legal acts and their adoption, disclosure, control. The participants also familiarized with record keeping, learned about the citizens ' reception and storage of documents.
