Sharp there is a problem of rising crimes against property, especially thefts, including apartments, looting, illegal seizure of vehicles. The low level of disclosure, ineffective work of operational police in their prevention at the stage of preparation indicate the urgent need of coordinating the work of law enforcement in this area.
