In Volyn region prosecutors have made depriving the culprit of the fatal accident of the right to drive vehicles
Listening to the arguments of prosecutors, the court of appeal of Volyn region changed the sentence of the court of first instance for the 19-year-old resident Torchin, who has made road accident with a deadly outcome. The evening of 23 July 2016, the man, driving a technically faulty vehicle "seat Malaga" and moving on the road «Bialystok-Torchin” in the direction Torchin, left the road and collided with a tree a car. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the passenger of his car was killed. Having recognized man guilty of violating the rules of traffic safety by a person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), Lutsk city court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 4 years of imprisonment with establishment of 2-year probationary period. The court of appeal of Volyn region, zadowoleni appeal prosecution, in addition, deprived the guilty party of the right of management by vehicles for 2 years.
