The main purpose of the implementation of Agricultural receipts in Ukraine is the creation of a more flexible and effective mechanism for financing and improving access of small and medium agricultural producers to financial resources. Agrarian receipt (AR) allows agricultural producers to obtain additional financing or commodity-material values under the key to the future of agricultural production. Creditors for an agrarian receipt can be natural or legal persons: providers of commodity-material resources (seeds, plant protection means, agricultural machinery, fuels and lubricants), performers of works and services, banks and other financial institutions, traders, companies dealing with processing of products of livestock and crop production, and the like. The main steps and actions of agrarian receipts: 1. Delivery by the lender of commodity-material resources or services to agrovirobnicha; 2. The fee may depend on the value of agricultural receipts and the volume of documents which will work as the notary. • The fees charged for notarial acts by private notaries, may not be less than the size of the state fee rate to be charged by notaries public for notarial acts are similar. The right to land must be duly registered in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of real rights to immovable property and their encumbrances". Land area, according to the documents, must meet at least the area needed to produce a crop, the level of which will be indicated in the agrarian receipt; 6.
