In Vinnytsia region honored the memory of soldiers – Afghans (photo)
February 15, the Day of honoring combatants in the territory of other States and the 28-th anniversary of the completion of the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan, the leaders of the city and region, deputies of Ukraine, soldiers – Afghans and the public of the region honored the memory of Ukrainian soldiers who died during the fighting. On this occasion, the city held a solemn procession and flower-laying to a memorable sign in honor of the dead soldiers-Afghans, in the city Central Park of culture and rest named after N. Gorky. All present, a minute of silence in memory of those killed in the current war. The event was accompanied by a military salute.
