Government program "warm" loans for condominiums from year to year is gaining rapid momentum, even in these times, like Christmas holidays and the beginning of the new fiscal year. So, in 2015, the program benefited nearly 200 condominiums in 2016 – an additional 435. From the beginning of 2017, despite expectations of a decision regarding the continuation of the program, another 30 condominiums rushed over to "warm" loans and attracted 2.6 million hryvnia. For comparison, over the same period in 2016, only 12 condominiums participated in the program and attracted more than 800 thousand hryvnia. "All of these condominiums will receive their allotted compensation from the state budget", - said the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk and added that since the beginning of February of this year the condominium has attracted more than 1 million UAH on the program "warm" loans to implement energy efficient measures in their homes. Sergey Savchuk noted that the recent Government's decision on the renewal of the program "warm" credits for 2017 is a signal for all that non-repayable financial state assistance for energy efficiency measures for the population is the top priority of the Government and will be provided in the future.
