this said the Deputy Chairman – Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk at the final conference of teachers of vocational and technical institutions in Vinnytsia region, which took place on February 15 on the basis of Vinnytsia higher vocational school of sphere of services. During the conference discussed the status, problems and prospects of development of vocational education in Vinnytsia region in 2017. Addressing the audience, Igor Ivasyuk said: "Vocational education has been and is a driving force for socio-economic development of any country, therefore the training of skilled workers is an important component of social prosperity. Last year the conditions for vocational education was quite difficult, due to the decentralization. I am sure that through joint efforts, 2017 will be more promising and successful to vocational training". professional training in exercise 35 state vocational technical schools, 13 technical schools and colleges, three universities and four educational-methodical complexes. In General, according to the Deputy Director of Department, head of Department of professional education, innovation and science Valery Bachinsky, 2017 31 school is financed by subventions from the state budget, from the regional budget – 22 vocational schools, from the budget of the city of Vinnitsa – nine schools. During the Board also heard speeches by heads of vocational institutions of the region on the status, problems and prospects of development agencies.
