At the strategic session on sectoral decentralization in the field "local budgets" determined by the matrix of reform, operational goals and objectives for 2017. The session was initiated by the Ministry of regional development jointly with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of culture, the MES, the MOH, representatives of the Project office sector decentralization and Project EDGE. Presented a model for managing processes of decentralization reform in the sector "local budgets". The model is focused on achieving results in terms of strategic planning and monitoring tasks. As part of the planning task formulated proposals for the implementation of the financial, fiscal decentralization, taking into account characteristics of the reform of the sectors of education, culture, health", - is spoken in the message. We will remind, earlier Vice-the Prime Minister - Minister of regional development, construction, housing and utilities Gennady Zubko noted that the main objective of decentralization in 2017 - promotion of sectoral reforms – in education, medicine, culture, the system of administrative services, land ownership, road infrastructure, in the sphere of territorial planning. Also previously hosted a strategic session to develop proposals in the action plan of the Government in 2017 with the reforms of decentralization and definition of priorities in the construction industry and industry culture.
