Listening to the arguments of prosecutors, the court of appeal of Volyn region changed the measure of punishment 23-year-old resident of the village of Gorodische of the Lutsk district, who stole the pensioner's Bank card and took her 4 thousand UAH. Repeatedly judged earlier for Commission of acquisitive crime drunk young man on January 26 last year pulled out his sleeping companion a Bank card and knowing the pin in the next two days were stolen from her money. Lutsk city district court found the man guilty in the kidnapping of an official document and theft committed repeatedly (criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 357 and part 2 of article 185 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with establishment of eighteen months of probation and a fine in the amount of UAH 680. The court of appeal of Volyn region satisfied the appeal of Prosecutor's office, sentenced the accused to 4 months of arrest.
