Therefore, the tariff is 42, 66 UAH per square meter, while in October, for example, the rate was UAH 18.5, which is considerably lower than the base 30,07 UAH, according to which the subsidy is calculated. In February, March and April, the rate will also be adjusted downward. Taras Yakovlev noted that at the closest session of the city Council prepared a draft decision that will help to focus the efforts of local authorities, patrons on the implementation of the housing Programme on co-financing terms. As previously reported, the Program provides 50% funding of housing from the city budget, the rest from the regional budget and other sources. The participants were six companies from three countries. In the first stage of the tender was attended by 13 firms.
