During a pretrial investigation it is established that officials of Khust district clinics, improper fulfilling their immediate functional responsibilities’ligament, through unfair attitude towards them, making sure there are grounds for accrual of premiums to workers Khust district and its management, in violation of the budget legislation, illegally accrued and paid bonuses to employees of hospitals, which further led to the infliction of the legally protected interests of the state in the face of Khust district polyclinics significant harm (material damage) for a total sum more than 70 thousand UAH. than the last admitted negligence. 13.02.2017 the investigation Department of Khust OP GUNP in the Transcarpathian region completed the investigation of the specified criminal proceedings. The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from 250 to 500 tax-free minimum incomes, or correctional labor for a term up to 2 years or restriction of liberty up to 3 years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
