Khust local Prosecutor's office filed a statement of claim to the Economic court of the Transcarpathian region in the interests of the state in the face of the Transcarpathian regional state administration to the limited liability company on termination of the right of use and recognition invalid the state act on the right to use the land plot with a total area of LSA 20 hectares and cost more than 38 million UAH. The indicated land was used by JSC «the Zakarpatye metallurgical plant" that is outside the settlements, on the territory of Vissco of the village Council of Khust district – said in Khust local Prosecutor's office. The grounds of the Prosecutor appeal to the court was that, in violation of the Land code of Ukraine, upon the acquisition of property objects’of real estate the limited liability company fee for the land for a long time does not, and documents of title to land will not be issued.
