Citizens honored the memory of heroes of Heavenly one Hundred Patriotic night "For Ukraine,for its destiny!" (photo)

In the reading room of the Department of humanitarian, natural and technical Sciences, Vinnytsia regional universal scientific library im. K. A. Timiryazev was an evening of patriotism "For Ukraine, for its destiny!" and presentation of the books by academician V. P. Polovinka. The event is timed to the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, celebrated on February 20 in Ukraine at the commemoration of the feat of participants of revolution of Dignity and perpetuating the memory of Heroes of Heavenly Hundred according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine ¹ 69 from 2015. During the revolution of Dignity more than a hundred people died from bullets, beaten or left for eternity later on obtained on the Maidan wounds. They were called Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. It takes 3 years from that time, as died the brave patriots. Each of them had his family, parents, friends, Hobbies, your likes and your urgent matters. But the call of their souls urged them to fight for free, democratic Ukraine. Heavenly Hundred believed in Ukraine's future, paying the highest price, which is capable of man – life... The event took place presentation of books "heavenly branch", "Volunteers", "FL", "FL Stella" – Valery Polovinchuk, academician, author of more than 140 articles, monographs, reports, 30 works of art. Memories of the Hero of the Heavenly Hundreds Maxim Shimko shared Eugene Tachuk, researcher at the Vinnytsia regional Museum of local lore.
