the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration held a teleconference of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine for the certification of seeds and planting material. Decoherence was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Maxim Martyniuk. The main issue discussed was the need to provide effective work of the State enterprise "State center of certification and expertise of agricultural products" for the testing of seeds and planting material. Among the main challenges to establishing a full-fledged work of the seed laboratory is the lack of standard contracts for provision of services for the testing and certification of seeds, determine the value of these services and acts of transfer of property from the State agricultural inspection for the balance of this enterprise. The Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine is charged for one week to ensure the work of the regional laboratories. Note: the region will operate six laboratories SE "State centre of certification and expertise of agricultural products". At one laboratory (Kiev, Prospekt Kovel,8), which receives applications for number assignment labels and certification of seeds.
