In January 2017 through the employment centers of the region employers are offering 4.8 thousand jobs.This is reported in the press service of the regional employment center. "In January 2017 the employment services of the region have used almost 15.1 thousand people, including 13.4 thousand were granted the unemployed status. With the assistance of basic employment centers of the region are employed 1,416 people. Compensation to employers of the costs of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance got a job for the unemployed 46. With compensation costs to the employer for the wage employed 2 internally displaced persons. To participate in social and other work of a temporary nature brought 146 people," - said the Director of the regional employment center Vasyl oleschuk. This January 459 unemployed took part in training or have increased their qualification at the expense of means of Fund of obligatory state social insurance of Ukraine against unemployment. Completed the training of 117 people, of which 95 have already been employed. To assist the unemployed in the early job search, employment centers region using new modern technologies: video resume, communication with job seekers via social networks, start vacancies video presentations and online interviews, introduced electronic registration of job seekers, napriam to the specialists of basic employment centers. As of 1 February 2017 on the account in the centers of employment was 12.2 thousand (13.7 per on 01.02.2016) unemployed. Among them, 45.1% of women, 35.1% of youth under the age of 35 years, 45.4% of workers, 37.7% of the workers, 39.2% of the persons who have additional guarantees regarding employment assistance. On 01.02.2017 unemployment assistance received 10.5 thousand unemployed. The average amount of aid in January of 2017 amounted to UAH 1777,13. For the first month of 2017 the services of the employment centers of the region have used 906 ex-soldiers, of whom 25 had a disability; employed 11; 851-m - continue to look for acceptable places of work. Through the employment centers of the region this January looking for work and 32 internally displaced persons; employed – 5, 22 – in search of work. Basil Oleshchuk noted that the region has recorded positive dynamics in the increase in the number of employers reporting vacancies to the employment service. In January, the total number of vacancies in the regional employment service amounted to 4848 (2837 in January 2016). Among the jobs that are submitted to the employment service, the share of vacancies with a minimum salary of from 12.6% in January 2016 to 42,0% in Jan p. G.; among the represented vacancy of 4.2% was with wages above average for the area. As of 1 February 2017 current was 1892 jobs, including for workers – 1092 for employees – 616, for those that do not require special training – 184. The greatest demand in the region are among the employees – managers, accountants, engineers, cashiers, administrators, working professionals - sellers, motor vehicle drivers, cooks, barbers, bartenders, mechanics on repair of cars, waiters, seamstresses, and without qualification, maintenance workers, cleaners of premises and movers. For one vacancy on average, the region claimed 6 of the unemployed. Businesses, organizations, institutions, private entrepreneurs in the employment centers of the region can offer more than 20 different social services. Expand the possibility of selecting them with the necessary personnel with the elements of recruiting, to order employers to take potential employees with the use of psychodiagnostic methods, possibilities of Internet resources.
