Ternopil region will learn from the experience of the Norwegian colleagues for the production of bioenergy

For each European country it is important to achieve its own energy independence. Hence it is necessary to learn efficient use of available energy resources. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Oleg Shafts during the signing of the Memorandum on cooperation between the Ternopil regional state administration, public organization "Scientific and technical centre "Bioenergy", the Barshcheuski city Council, Borschevsky agrotechnical College and the international Foundation "energy farm". This Memorandum provides for the introduction of Norwegian-Ukrainian Project "establishment of the center for bioenergy and local energy resources management" implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway in the town of Borshchiv, Ternopil region. The main objective of the Project is to increase the production and use of bioenergy and other renewable energies, as well as the development of rational infrastructure for the energy security of the Western region of Ukraine. "There are resources and there are needs, and between needs to establish efficient logistics. Norway has advanced experience in the development of the renewable energy sector, so this is a priceless opportunity to adopt useful experience, which will further contribute to the development of bioenergy in Ukraine", — said the Chairman of the public organization "Scientific-technical centre "Bioenergy" Michael Humenik. The project provides practical and theoretical training programs for implementation of renewable energy sources on the basis of public organization "Scientific and technical centre "Bioenergy" in borschiv and Borshevsky agrotinae College. In the framework of cooperation it is assumed the division of experience in the use of biomass, waste processing, construction of boilers, and the like. And nursery establishment of bioenergy crops, the preparation of agreements on the organization of the energy sector, the development of plans of cooperation and exchange of experience with European and North bioregional. "Their signatures, we reaffirm our commitment to effective bilateral cooperation. Ternopil oblast level with Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk have enough energy.
