The lecture invited students, community activists, residents of the city who are genuinely interested in Japan and would like to obtain a variety of information about the country directly from its citizen. Hirano Takashi is fluent in Ukrainian language. The lecture will be held on Wednesday, February 22, at 10:30 in the session hall of the city Council.
