In January p. G. Law "On free legal aid" amended which expanded the circle of persons entitled to free secondary legal aid. In particular, we have the right to receive (attorney for representation of interests in courts at the expense of the state) internally displaced persons and participants of the ATO. For better awareness of this category of citizens about innovations, Wednesday, February 22, in the small hall of the Transcarpathian regional state administration held a round table on the theme: "improving access to free legal assistance". The participants will discuss the problematic issues arising in the implementation of the ATO participants and IDPs their constitutional rights, and seek ways of their solution. Beginning at 11.00. The meeting will be attended by the Director of the Regional centers of free secondary legal aid in the Transcarpathian region Vasily Popadynets, VA. the chief of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Transcarpathian region Ivan Almasi, a freelance adviser to the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine on internally displaced persons in Zakarpattya region Angela Babkin, as well as representatives of public associations of the ATO participants and IDPs and the lawyers who work in the system of free legal aid.
