The head of state instructed the Government to ensure the establishment of state scholarships in honor of Heroes of Heavenly Hundred. "I would ask the Prime Minister and our Government to support the initiative on establishment of state scholarships in honor of Heroes of Heavenly one Hundred best students, young scientists and students", – said the President. The head of state noted that the scholarship should bear the names of five of the youngest age of victims of participants of Revolution of Dignity – Ustym Golodniuk, Nazar Voytovych, Yuri Amendments of the Novel gurik's and Dmitry Maksimov.
