the Language is not just communication tool, it opens for us wide opportunities. Man is so accustomed to the native language that it becomes an integral part of his own personality. The decision to establish International mother language day was adopted in 1999-m to year at the XXX session of the General conference of UNESCO. The date the annual holiday is chosen the 21st of February. It is a global celebration was founded with the aim of promoting the rich cultural and linguistic diversity. The preservation of multilingualism gives you the opportunity to save not only a unique perspective on the millennial history and culture of peoples, but also to develop the most comprehensive approaches in the field of understanding and humanity. Made steps for the preservation and development of native languages in practice showed that it actively contributes to strengthening solidarity and tolerance, enhanced understanding and dialogue, which is especially valuable to us and our own, modern culture and traditions. In General in the world speak approximately six thousand different languages, the researchers of UNESCO, but half of all languages are endangered. According to UNESCO, in Ukraine there are 15 languages which may disappear. Among them, the Karaite, Crimean Tatar, Urumqi, Ruthenian. Together with the disappearance of language, the researchers note, is lost and the cultural heritage of its carriers. Our native language is Russian. We shall cherish it as an integral part of the Ukrainian soul, to learn the native language themselves and primaluna love and respect to her our children and grandchildren!
