The Prosecutor's office of Vinnitsa region began pre-judicial investigation on the facts of attraction obviously innocent to the Constitution to criminal prosecution and violation of his right to be protected
Investigator of investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is carried out pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings, details of which are included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigation on signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 372 of part 2 of article 374 of the criminal code of Ukraine concerning the involvement of officials of law enforcement agencies of Mogilev-Podolsk district obviously innocent ATO to trial and violation of his right to protection. Currently in the specified criminal proceedings are conducted investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about the’objective establishment of circumstances of criminal proceedings. For the committed criminal offences provides the penalty of restriction of liberty for a term up to p'five years or imprisonment for the term up to seven years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
