So, according to Elena Stealaway, among the approved posts, most (56%) are professional positions in social work and 13.1% of the posts of legal advisers, practical psychologists/psychologists and social pedagogues. At the end of the year in SSDM region has 156 professionals in social work, which is 50 persons more in comparison with the previous year. "Overall, in 2016 the services CSSD have used 83250 area residents, which is 16% more than in 2015. In accordance with the needs of today, particular attention was paid to the work associated with the provision of the necessary social support for the ATO participants and their families," said Elena Stoyanova. According to the results of monitoring meet the needs of the families of ATO participants found that the help in registration/restoration of documents received 1563 people (91% of the demand), humanitarian assistance – 1268 people (90% of the needs), financial assistance – 4829 (86% of requirements), permit to develop land management projects – 5652 person (83% of the needs), psychological care – 1072 people (40% of the demand). Also, in 2016, workers CSSD conducted systematic work to provide social services to families with children and young persons who are in difficult circumstances. Over the past year assisted 4686 families and 130 individuals. Under social support were 897 families and 39 persons. According to service for children, in the region there are 150 foster homes and 55 foster care homes, which brought 641 orphan, child deprived of parental care, support which last year provided the district and city CSSTM. In addition, the regional CSSD during the year conducted 5 training of candidates for adoptive parents, parents-educators. According to the results of the teachings of the reference and recommendations received 12 families and 3 individuals. The vast majority of exercise participants last year were candidates for the guardian – 25. District and city SSDM carried out social work with 1301 family carers, raising 1751 orphan, child deprived of parental care. Elena Stoyanova identified key priorities CSSD for 2017. In particular, the improvement of quality of providing social services to families who find themselves in difficult circumstances, ensure the system work in providing professional psychological support to vulnerable categories of the population, implementation services family patronage over the child and revitalization of the society to bring to social work with families in difficult life circumstances.
