In the context of prevention of children's homelessness was housing children. 253 orphans have homes. With the aim of preserving the child, the biological family, the services were conducted raids to detect violations in relation to the upbringing of children in families. In General, the region conducted more than 2 million surveys of families seized 97 children identified more than 800 parents, and in relation to 250 initiated by the prosecution. In the context of prevention of child neglect during the reporting period were carried out preventive raids of various kinds "Night city", "Station", "Vacation", "street Children", "the Lesson" and others, the whole region was 1237 raids that are allowed to react in the presence of children at night without adult supervision and to prevent other negative manifestations. During these raids it was revealed about five hundred children. With the aim of protecting children and ensuring their rights and interests MICS to exercise supervision and control over: - 712 adopted children (and this use of funds, conditions of upbringing and development); - 2523 child-orphans and children deprived of parental care; - 118-status of children living in the region from other regions; - 28 status of children who moved from the ATO area; - 8-status of children from other countries who reside in the territory of the region; - 1269 children who were in the DLC.
