Vinnicchina: in area Prosecutor's office held a seminar for civil servants
February 23, the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region held a workshop on the theme: “the issues of organization of work of public servants in terms of legislative changes”. Civil servants of the regional Prosecutor's office and local Prosecutor's offices informed about the implementation of the requirements of the legislation on public service, the main directions of modernization of public service under the new Law of Ukraine "On public service”. Speakers focused on issues arising from the application of the provisions of the new legislation on public service, when processing documents containing restricted information and information that constitutes a state secret, and the like. Head of Department of work with personnel of the Prosecutor of the region Valery Alder focused attention of participants on the fact that the proper implementation and organization the implementation of the requirements of the Law requires constant monitoring and thorough study of sub-legal acts and adoption of appropriate measures. He noted that government officials must take effective organisational and practical measures to ensure proper implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On public service" and other normative-legal acts on these issues.
