To the family of foster carer can be arranged only children who are between brothers and sisters, or children who were brought up in the same family. The period of stay of the child in the family foster carer is established by guardianship and guardianship may not exceed three months. In case of presence of circumstances, justifying the necessity and expediency of stay of the child in the family foster caregiver more than specified period, the guardianship and guardianship can extend it. The total period of stay of the child in the family foster parent may not exceed six months. Services payment foster carer is projected to be 5 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons in a month.
