February 23, the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow and Deputy Chairman – Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk took part in the meeting of the Academic Council Donna name of Vasyl Stus. In the beginning of the meeting the Chairman of regional state administration congratulated the rector of the Donetsk national University named after Vasyl Stus Roman Grinyuk with the honorary title "Honored lawyer of Ukraine" for significant contributions to the development of legal state. Handing over the high award from the President of Ukraine, Valery Cow said: "We wholeheartedly support Vinnytsia on the ground of teachers and students of Donetsk national University. You have made a positive color internal competition, which has raised to a new qualitative level system organizations of other educational institutions of higher school in Vinnytsia region. We are very happy for your success, at the same time realizing that you is very difficult. I congratulate the rector of the University with such a high award and wish you inspiration, health, faith and fruitful work in the field of education." In turn, the Roman Grinyuk, thanked the administration for the congratulations, stressing that the University gave 36 years of his adult life, having risen from a law student in the office of the rector: "Apparently it is symbolic that with the support of Vinnytsia regional state administration, the President signed a decree on awarding me this high title. This event inspires you to work, but also adds a certain responsibility I, as the leader of such a talented team. This award rightfully belongs to you, dear colleagues,because a number of bills in the field of law and already in effect in Ukraine was developed by me in cooperation with the staff". Roman Grinyuk also said that the Donetsk national University named after Vasyl Stus in 2017 will mark the 80th anniversary of its history. It is a University of the highest level of accreditation , which has its own rich traditions. However, after the tumultuous events in the East of the country in 2014, Donna M. moved to Vinnytsia, where he works for the third year in a row. the University has completely restored its powerful enough activity: go to school here currently, more than 5 thousand students, and educational process is provided with more than 1,000 employees.
