February 23, the press center of the Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration I took place a press-conference of the public organization "the Public initiative of Kostandina" on the implementation of the project "Guardian warrior". The project is implemented with the support of the regional state administration and partially funded by the regional budget. The project is aimed at military-Patriotic education of youth of the city of Koziatyn, Kozaytyn district and other districts of the region by engaging them to help the military in the zone of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, namely, the manufacture of the masking tools for the needs of Ukrainian servicemen and their delivery to the zone ATO. "All the activities of our organization aimed at national-Patriotic education of the younger generation, as this is extremely important nowadays", – said the Chairman of the public organization "the Public initiative of Kostandina" Elena Ivanchuk. "During the existence of the "Public ntsetup of Kostandina" organized and provided humanitarian assistance to our children in the area ATO. It is not only the delivery of food, medicine, personal hygiene products, clothing and armor, but also moral support," – said the project coordinator of the public organization "the Public initiative of Kostandina" Viktor Zaichko. "Without a doubt, "Guardian warrior" is one of the best volunteer projects not only in Vinnitsa, but also in Ukraine as a whole," he added. The project was joined by 36 schools and 1 higher professional school of Kozaytyn district, which amounted to about 10 thousand people. Students not only make camouflage nets and costumes for vocational training classes and in extracurricular time, but also attend thematic educational hours and meet with participants of ATO. "Making the cloaking means you not only protect soldiers in the ATO zone from the bullets of the enemy. You protect their souls they know they are remembered, cared for and they need. Of organizations such as yours, in fact, not very much, so in good faith to include volunteer activities," – said the chief specialist of sector of Service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants in Vinnytsia region Oleg Dmitryuk. During the activities of the public organization "the Public initiative of Kostandina" 586 made camouflage nets and costumes 54. Also, this year, the organization started "directly" to cooperate with the military departments and to execute their orders in camouflage means. Recall that the "Public initiative of Kostandina" were among the 14 winners of the competition to determine the programs developed by institutions of civil society, which provides financial support in 2017 for the expense of the regional budget, which is traditionally held every year by the Department of information activities and communications with the public RSA.
