Officials of the state enterprise "Volynugol" will be judged for misappropriation of property of the enterprise
Novovolynsk Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office in Volyn region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings about seizure of property of the enterprise by abuse of official position of a Director of one of the separated subdivisions of SOE “Volynugol”. From may 2012 to April 2013, the officials issued illegal orders on bonuses for himself and other employees, than caused to the state company «Volynugol” the material damage for the sum more than 93 thousand UAH. Then the ex-Director of division, who sincerely repented, actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime and compensate all damage caused to the enterprise losses, is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
