Scientific-practical conference "problems of introduction of principles of evidence-based medicine in clinical Pediatrics" was held in the conference hall of the training center of trade unions. The event was organized by the national Academy of medical Sciences of Ukraine, Association of Pediatrics of Ukraine, national medical University. A. A. Bogomolets, Department of health Volyn regional state administration. The conference was attended by the General practitioners - family doctors, pediatricians and communal health care institutions. During the conference were discussed the issues of modern approaches to the treatment of diseases of the respiratory system from the position of evidence-based medicine, the use of mucolytics in children with bronchoobstructive syndrome on the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urinary system in children. The reports of scientists reflects the contemporary state of treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections in children, emphasized the importance of applying the principles of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine, especially in the choice of tactics basic anti-inflammatory treatment.
