In the Volyn oblast Prosecutor's office will seek more severe punishment for the culprit of the fatal accident
Volyn region Prosecutor's office is appealing the appeal verdict Liuboml district court that 24-year-old resident of the village of Shtun ' Liuboml district convicted for violation of the rules of traffic safety, entailed death of several persons. The night of 11 September 2015, not having the right of management by vehicles and being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication behind the wheel of a car brand “BMW-518" with six passengers, driving on the highway the message "Food-Verba-Pavlovka" of Lyuboml in Volodymyr-Volynskyi, near the turn to the village Wiggs he'driving from the road into the left ditch. The car overturned, two passengers died, two others – received injuries of varying severity. The court found the driver guilty of violating the rules of road safety, which led to the victim of average weight injury, caused serious bodily injury and caused death of several persons (a criminal offense under part 3 St. 286 Criminal code) and has appointed to it punishment in the form of 4 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for 3 years. The Prosecutor's office will appeal against the verdict of the court of first instance, insisting on more stringent punishment for the culprit.
