Chernivtsi: Social standards for use of housing and communal services and tariffs to pay for electricity changed
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 06.02.2017, No. 57 amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.08.2014, ¹409 "On establishment of state social standards in the sphere of housing and communal services", according to which social standards for use of housing and communal services, regarding the payment of which the state provides incentives and subsidies which will operate from 01.05.2017: • for centralized and individual heating (heat supply) in the case of using thermal energy for district heating (district heating) citizens, in homes where there are house or apartment metering – 0,0431 Gkal on 1 sq. m of heated area for a month during the heating season (up to 01.05.2017-0,0548 Gcal). in the case of using natural gas for individual heating – 5,0 cubic meters of natural gas per 1 square meter of heated area for a month during the heating season (up to 01.05.2017 – 5,5 cu. m.) • in case of using electric energy for heating – 51 kW. per 1 sq. m of heated area for a month during the heating season ( up to 01.05.2017 – 65 kW.). In addition to the above, the changed correction coefficients for the calculation of the cost of electric energy, natural gas and other fuels for heating. Thus, the correction factor for the Chernivtsi region will be: • 1-2 storey buildings – 1,036 • buildings more than 3 floors – 0,755 With 01.03.2017 year increase tariffs to pay for electricity for the population according to the decision NKREKP from 26.02.2015, No. 220. So the cost of electricity for those who consume no more than 100 kW. for a month is 90 kopecks ( sq. hours. and from 100 kW 168 COP/kV). That is the price for the services for electricity will grow on average by 26 percent. This is the last of the scheduled increases in the tariff. According to paragraph 14 of the "Regulations on the procedure for appointing and providing subsidies for reimbursement for housing and communal services, purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid household fuel," approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 in the case of changes of prices and tariffs for housing and communal services, payments for which are subsidized, bodies of social protection of the population automatically recalculate the amount of subsidies during the term of its appointment, without any additional treatment of citizens. The family part of the payment for housing and communal services remains unchanged, and only the size of subsidies. The results of the allocations to recipients of housing subsidies is notified about the size of subsidy.
