In the Rivne region Prosecutor's office demands in court to stop the illegal lease of forest lands with an area of 713 hectares with a value of 22.3 million UAH
Dubensky local Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the court the claim in interests of the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration about recognition invalid lease contracts of forest lands with an area of 713 hectares with a value of 22.3 million UAH, located on the territory of Dubensky district. In particular it is established that the lease was signed for 50 years between the regional state administration and one of the agricultural production cooperatives, contrary to the requirements of a number of Laws of Ukraine, since at its conclusion were not held normative monetary evaluation of land. These violations of the law led to a significant shortfall of funds in the budget. At the same time, measures to protect the interests of the state authorities was taken, in connection with which the violations of the legislation in the sphere of land relations, just learning about them, was the reaction of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
