In Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region held a seminar "Organization of participation of Prosecutor in consideration of cases on administrative offences related to corruption"
24 February, at the initiative of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on the basis of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region held a seminar on “the Organization of participation of the Prosecutor in the proceedings on administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption”. Opening the meeting, the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region’Vyacheslav Sokolovi, emphasized the relevance and urgency of the event. The head of the organization of activities in the sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Valentina Senik stopped on the aspects of the organization of the activities of the Prosecutor in ensuring the participation of administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption. Seminar participants-heads of departments of the Prosecutor's offices in Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Rivne and Vinnytsia oblasts, prosecutors, local prosecutors, experts, judges, lawyers. They participated in interactive exercises in the form of court sessions for consideration of cases on administrative offences, floor’connected with the corruption which was conducted by the head of Department of the GPU Valentina Senik, her Deputy Julia Kulikov and Prosecutor of Department Natalia Panted.
