Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India in Ukraine Chernivtsi invited to cooperate

23 February with the participation of Deputy of the Chernivtsi mayor Oleksandr Accelerates a Protocol meeting was held the leadership of the region with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India in Ukraine Manoj Kumar Bharti, during which were discussed possibilities of cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture, business, and information technology. During the meeting there were outlined the relevant issues of cooperation between Bukovina and India. The sides expressed hope to deepen the already existing cooperation and further develop relations in new directions. The Ambassador said that India occupies a leading place among the States in the development of the economy and spoke about the existing cooperation programs with other countries in the field of entrepreneurship, IT industry, cinema, Chernivtsi invited to join a number of Ukrainian cities, which have already established the appropriate connection. Manoj Kumar Bharti have expressed interest in cooperation in the sphere of woodworking and production of furniture and was informed about the possibility of obtaining scholarships to study in India for local specialists, the programme AS". He also offered to hold on to Bukovina business seminar with the participation of representatives of business circles of the region and a festival of Indian culture on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Ukraine. On behalf of the Chernivtsi city Council Alexander paskar expressed extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India in Ukraine Manoja Kumar Bharti hope for fruitful cooperation in the interests of our friendly countries. The Deputy mayor also invited the Ambassador and employees of trade and economic Department of the Embassy of India in Ukraine to participate in current Peter fair, proposed to study the possibility of holding joint days of culture, especially considering the fact that of the 8,000 Indian students studying in Ukraine, 1300 successfully doing this in Chernivtsi.
