Therefore, in order to inform the MB about the importance of proper storage employers of primary documents on the work experience and wages the Deputy head of the pensions Directorate of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region Natalia Nazarenko provided comment on the subject of local radio "Bucovina". – Despite the fact that the main document for confirmation of service prior to 1 January 2004 is a work-book, and in some cases you need to confirm the acquired experience that is the primary documents. Given this, I would like to appeal to employers, liquidators and Trustees in bankruptcy to fulfil the requirements for correct preservation of such documents and, if necessary, promptly transfer them to archival institutions, – said the expert. Also said that in case of impossibility to confirm the acquired experience due to the lack of historical data and the impossibility of their obtaining, for example, due to liquidation of a company, a person may establish a seniority prior to 1 January 2004 based on the testimony of at least two witnesses who once worked with the applicant and have the necessary documents on its work for the time to which they support the work of the former employee.
