Listening to the arguments of prosecutors, the court of appeal of Volyn region was prescribed more stringent punishment two Malave residents of the village of Demidovka district of Rivne region, who stole property from cars of locals, and also illegally took control of two vehicles. Within ten days of April of last year, 20-year-old and 21-year-old boys, outlaws in the villages of Lutsk district, took the cars "VAZ-21063" and "Audi-100", and two other open car stolen property worth more than 13 thousand UAH. Considering the young age of the attackers, their recognition of guilt, sincere repentance and the fact that the criminal liability involved for the first time, Lutsk city court found them guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 185 part 2 of article 289 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and appointed both a penalty of 5 years imprisonment with the establishment of 3-year probationary period.
