In Ternopil, the message about the publication of the draft regulatory act
the Draft regulatory act - decision of Ternopil city Council «the establishment of tariffs for paid medical services”, in terms of setting tariffs for paid medical services for medical utilities. The developer of this project – Department of health’I and medical care, Ternopil city Council. The aim of the project is the establishment of tariffs to economically reasonable size of the market of sales of medical services, accessibility of services to all segments of the population regardless of their level of monetary income, ensuring stable functioning of the medical utilities of the city on the efficient and uninterrupted provision of services to the public and subject to the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”. The period for acceptance of comments and suggestions to the draft of this decision is one month from the date of promulgation, to provide the Department of health’I and medical care, Ternopil city Council at the address: Ternopil, St. Shevchenko, 1, e-mail address voz_ta_mz@ukr.net contact phone 52-56 - 96, 52-56-98.
