In Rivne region held a seminar on Executive activities of prosecutors
In the prosecution of Rivne region held a training seminar on the theme "Organization of activity of public Prosecutor in modern conditions, ways of its implementation, sources of information for the use of Executive powers and the typical errors that can be tolerated in the implementation of this constitutional function." The event was attended by employees of regional Prosecutor's office, heads of local Prosecutor's offices, their first deputies and deputies, the prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices and divisions that these public Prosecutor's offices, which according to distribution of duties carry out representation in courts. The seminar was opened by the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Alexander Voronin. He stressed that one of the effective ways of dealing with violation of legislation and protection of interests of the state remains representative activities of the Prosecutor's office. And therefore to implement effective work in this direction, which in turn improves the condition of legality in the region, it is important to discuss and analyze these activities through the prism prepared and filed with the court of claims. As noted on the seminar, during the past year, the prosecutors of Rivne region declared claims to the court for a total of about 350 million UAH. Of them are already satisfied claims in the amount of 266 million UAH. With educational lectures for participants were made by the chief prosecution office of the region Pavel Romanchuk, Deputy heads of departments of the Prosecutor's office of area Andrey Gritsak, Elena Prischepa, a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's office area of Anastasia Brizitska. The participants familiarized with the main aspects of legal regulation of Executive activities, especially the organization of work of representation Prosecutor interests of the state in court, including the enforcement of court decisions. They also highlighted the main sources of information that grounds for the application of Executive authority due to violations of, discussed practice of consideration by courts of cases of certain categories. Head of representative office of interests of citizen or state in court of Prosecutor's office of area Lyudmila sunder elaborated on the discussion of individual faults that can occur in the work of the Prosecutor in the organization of the Executive activities for the protection of state interests in court. At the end of the seminars the participants had the opportunity to exchange views and experiences and lessons learned. Thanks to the seminar, the prosecutors increased skill level and improved approach to working on issues of Executive activities.
