In the direction of Vinnytsia regional employment service were trained 129 members of ATU
With the aim of increasing the competitiveness of persons in the labour market the regional employment service work aimed at raising the qualification level of registered unemployed people via vocational training. In particular, in 2016 the professional training was provided to 129 demobilized members of the antiterrorist operation. Of these, 62 persons received a new profession at the expense of Fund of obligatory state social insurance of Ukraine against unemployment.The training took place on the basis of 12 vocational training institutions in the region, namely: "Vinnitsa regional autoclave plant"; DPTNZ "Vinnytsia interregional higher professional school"; Vinnytsia cooperative Institute; Higher professional school ¹42 g. Pogrebische; a Subsidiary of the limited liability company "Synthesis-the Union"-"Uchebno-Kursovoy Kombinat"; GUZ "Centerpiece and technical education No. 1. The winery"; Nemirov College of construction and architecture, Vinnytsia national agrarian University; Higher art vocational school ¹5 in Vinnytsia; Vinnytsia interregional Center for professional rehabilitation of the disabled "skirts" of the Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine; Litinskii rstk osou; Komogortsev higher professional school; OOO "Vinnytsia regional training and production centre".Unemployed people were trained in professions: jeweler-mounter, the jewelry zakryt; the driver of vehicles category "C" tractor driver of agricultural production; electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment; electric welder and others. 11 people in this category have improved their skills and acquired a profession on the basis of Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and Rivne centers of vocational education state employment service. One of the forms of training of the unemployed is internship the employer directly in the workplace. Had received such training 56 was registered with the employment service of the ATO participants on the basis of the 42 companies in the region by occupation: painter, Miller, Monterey way, boiler operator and others. Vinnytsia oblast employment service constantly carries out the work on orientation of the registered unemployed, including among the participants of the antiterrorist operation, on self-employment and the teaching professions that contribute to the development of entrepreneurship. The training programme "Basics of entrepreneurship" and "Foundations for small business" was directed 37áåçðîá³òíèõ this category. They all successfully graduated and received a payment of unemployment assistance in a lump sum for the organization of own business.
