In his opinion, the heating of one-room apartment in an energy efficient house costs three times less than in the house of the Soviet model of development. "The economy of payments for heat, electricity and gas after the thermal modernization of apartments will range from 20% to 60%. Therefore, for every 100 UAH, spent on utility costs, the family will save from 20 to 60 UAH. Thus, from 1000 UAH savings may reach UAH 600, which, of necessity, be transferred monthly to the payment of the loan, and the Fund will provide assistance in the amount of 20-50% of the total project cost, which will reduce the burden on the responsible homeowner", — said Gennady Zubko.
