In Chernihiv March 1 – the Day of mourning
To honor the memory of the deceased member of the antiterrorist operation Ponomarenko Dmitry Alexandrovich, the younger Sergeant of military unit À3547 the Armed forces of Ukraine, and of memory of soldiers – participants of anti-terrorist operation that died defending the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, civilians in the East of Ukraine, in the city of Chernihiv on 1 March declared a Day of mourning. The corresponding order was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. On this day, as a sign of mourning for those killed in the buildings and structures of bodies of state Executive power, local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city provided prispuschennye the national flag of Ukraine with a black ribbon. In addition, in the city for entertainment is limited and concert events. In markets, institutions trade and restaurant economy, in public transport, street broadcasting banned the sound of music.
