Dubensky local Prosecutor's office approved and submitted to the court indictment against the Chairman of one of village councils Malinovskogo area, which is deliberately not performed, and prevented the execution of court decisions entered into legal force (signs of the criminal offense provided by part 3 of article 382 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings carried out by the investigators Malynovskogo police Dubno police Department GUNP in the Rivne region. The suspicion in Commission of this criminal offense the Chairman of village Council agreed with the Prosecutor of the Rivne region. So, on the basis of the collected evidence established that the Chairman of village Council has intentionally not complied with a July 2016-present and prevented the execution of the court decision on recovery of UAH 50 thousand. the debt in favor of an individual, the result of which caused substantial harm to legally protected rights of citizens. The fate of the accused will decide Mlyniv district court. For Commission of the specified criminal offense punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term up to 8 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
