Zhytomyr annually in the region will form an order for training of specialists
Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration will annually form regional order for training, retraining and advanced training of specialists of various branches of Zhytomyr. This is stated in the disposal of the Chairman of regional state administration No. 70 "About approval of the procedure of formation of regional order for training, retraining and advanced training of specialists of education, health, culture and art, training specialists in public administration and training of workers (specialists) for regional needs", which Igor Gundich signed yesterday, February 28. According to the document, the regional client – the Department of health, state administration, education and science regional state administration, the culture administration, the Center of retraining and improvement of professional skill of workers of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, state enterprises, institutions and organizations to submit proposals regarding forward-looking indicators in experts and workers and expenditure of the regional budget. The main criteria to be considered in shaping regional order, are: – meeting the region's needs for specialists and workers; forecast for the development of a network of institutions of health, education and culture; – the need for retraining and advanced training of specialists; – the cost of services for training, retraining and advanced training for means of the regional budget one specialist. This year, the projected indicators are to be formed until April 1. After analyzing the submitted proposal, the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration together with the Department of Finance of RSA to determine the average cost of training one specialist for the regional budget.
