A businessman who embezzled money from GP "Volyntorf",will stand trial
the Prosecutor's office of area sent to Manevychi district court indictment in relation to the entrepreneur, which appropriated money of the state enterprise "Volyntorf" in the amount of 150 thousand UAH. forged acts of execution of works on installation of the program 1C8, transfer of accounting data into the program and training of employees of the state enterprise to work with this software. During pre-trial investigation gathered evidence that disproved the fact that the trickster of all these works. For the entrepreneur, who is accused of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 191 of part 1 St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine, voluntarily reimbursed the company 43 thousand UAH. For recovery another 107 thousand UAH. state enterprise "Volyntorf" pred'revealed a civil action to enforce which in the course of pre-trial investigation is seized of land of the private entrepreneur.
