Specialist Lutsk city Department of state registration of acts of civil status will be judged for forgery of official documents
Lutsk local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on the Commission of the specialist Lutsk city Department of state registration of civil status acts of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Volyn region of complicity in the forgery of official documents and further use of this document. At the end of August 2016 state employee provided to an unidentified person, details of which are allocated in separate criminal proceedings, information about personal personal details and place of work, thus helped to forge a sick leave certificate, which he later applied for a job to cover unexplained absence from work. During the investigation the accused pleaded guilty to committing criminal offenses under part 5 article 27, part 1 of article 358 and part 4 of article 358 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, sincerely repented and actively contributed to the disclosure of crimes, therefore it has concluded an agreement on recognition of guilt, which have been agreed and assigned a penalty of a fine of 100 tax-free incomes of citizens (1700 UAH.).
