Vinnytsya region will be judged officials for abuse of power
Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police revealed that officials of the education Department of one of regional public administrations, abusing official position, contrary to interests of service, caused substantial harm to the public interest, through illegal allocation of budgetary funds at the computer’uterine equipment at inflated prices, causing damage to the state for total amount over 100 thousand hryvnias. On this fact Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office submitted to the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term up to n'five years or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years). Currently conducted investigations to establish all of the situation of the criminal proceedings and bring the perpetrators to justice.
