In the Vinnytsia region Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office proved the fault of the head of an administrative corruption offense
Bershadsky local office of public Prosecutor by results of studying of the information about a possible conflict of interest in November 2016 referred to the Department for the protection of the economy in the Vinnitsa region that a head of the Department of education Bershadsky RGA has had in the subordination of the daughter and adopted the decision on payment of material aid for recovery, that has committed a corruption offense. Upon review of these materials against the head of the Department of education drafted a Protocol on administrative offence under part 2 of article 1727 of the Cao. Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office ensured the participation in the judicial review of administrative materials and proven in the court of the guilt of the head of the Commission of the offence, et’knitted with corruption. According to the court decision, the former head of the Department of education assigned the penalty of a fine of 200 tax-free minimum incomes.
