In particular, Khust local Prosecutor's office established that the official of Khust RSA, as in accordance with article 45 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption" the sub’object Declaration, contrary to the requirements of article 50 of the Act is not filed electronically by the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, such actions commit a criminal offence under article 366-1 criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by punishment in the form of a fine of up to 42500 51000 hryvnia or community service for a term of 150 to 240 hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
