In Chernigov gradually the process of redistribution of responsibilities of two utilities, one of which according to the specifics of their work has more load in the winter and another in summer. We are talking about KSBP (shahabudin Municipal enterprise of the city Council) and CP ATP-2528. The first of these deals with repairs and maintenance of the urban road network, and the second is a street cleaning and garbage removal. As you know, road repairs cover the time from spring to autumn, but more technical and human resources in the cleaning of city streets is necessary in winter, when the snow falls. Currently, according to past decisions of the Executive Committee of the city Council, ATP-2528 translated involved in road works workers CSBP (about 70 people). In addition, yesterday at the Executive Committee meeting adopted the decision "On transfer of fixed assets and material values", which is transferred to ATP also CSBP equipment for road works, material values and objects of the city street network which was legally in his charge. Streets and sidewalks, asphalt pavement, and storm sewer, carrying pipes, overpasses, embankments and other structures that are also part of this network. Now they will be on balance of KP ATP-2528. Geographically these workers and equipment will be placed on the premises of the municipal ATP (vul. May 1, 173), becoming its structural division. The other part of the team XBP – functional duties which includes the maintenance in good condition the outdoor lighting networks of the city and traffic lights – remain on this municipal enterprise.
