In the Rivne region seized 65 kg of amber that citizens were transported in two cars
On the territory of Rivne region law enforcement authorities continue working to identify, detect, investigate criminal offenses related to illegal production, sale and movement of raw amber. So in Sarny Sarny employees of the police Department stopped 02.03.2017 passenger car "Renault Laguna" under control of the inhabitant.Zdolbunov of Rivne region and withdrew from the interior stones of raw amber weighing over 30 kg that had been placed in bags. The same day in the city the police stopped the car "Mitsubishi Galant" and found in it 35 kg of "sun stone". It's in the trunk of a vehicle carrying two residents of Volyn region. On both facts of the acquisition or sale of property knowingly obtained by criminal means, criminal proceedings were opened under article 198 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Procedural management in criminal proceedings carried out by bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
